Municipal Finance & Services Corp’s Accelerated Municipal Payment (AMP) Program is a non-factoring accelerated accounts payable (“AP”) processing service that enables government entities to extend payment terms by transforming normal accounts payables into longer term (up to 75 days) senior obligations of these entities. This provides the client with numerous benefits, such as allowing them to retain and manage their monies longer, and allowing the client to improve cash flow and establish stronger credit. The client’s vendors are given the ability to enhance their own cash flow when extended the opportunity to “opt-in” to the program – providing for the immediate payment of approved invoices.
