IHCDA is the homeownership department for the State of Indiana, serving all 92 counties. We offer down payment assistance in the form of a zero interest and zero payment second mortgage. Our participating lenders are banks, mortgage companies, new home builders and credit unions. Our current products include three purchase products and one refinance option.
